I walked back, had raisin toast and jam for breakfast (my aunt had given me a jar of her homemade blackberry jam which was fantastic), as well as Greek yogurt and an orange. The oranges are lovely here.
We are supposed to be having Frosh Week so that I can get to know the people here. I've met many in my all-girls res. They are all very nice and I've made a few friends, but instead of getting to know the people in my school, I've gotten to know the city which I think is much more important.
I've walked through some parks and read my book on their benches. I've walk past cafes and shops. I've walk through campus and admired the beautiful old buildings. I've walked past museums and through gardens. It's very nice here.
I probably won't be posting much after this week because school will begin and things will be hectic but I'll try as much as possible and maybe the next post I'll make I'll have something interesting to say.
